A big thank you to Jen Bowles, you are a 15 out of 10! Jen was very professional, listened to exactly what we wanted for our new home, and she nailed it. She always had our best interest and our backs when we sold our home and purchased our new one. She was always available for home tours and her responsiveness was prompt. She worked to make our desires a reality. She was excellent at gathering information about the homes we were going to view, and the delivery of the information was straight forward and easy to understand. We viewed several homes and would walk around enjoying the floorplan, and she would be checking the roof, looking for leaks, making sure that the furnace was in good condition etc. and pointing out things that we never would have thought to look for. We never felt rushed during a viewing. One of her best assets, was her planning and what to expect through the entire process from the day we met. She helped us co-ordinate with movers and sent email reminders like, when to do a change of address, when to contact the utility companies for the new home, etc. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call.
